The Umwelt-Etikette is a Swiss ecolabel administered by the Schweizer Stiftung Farbe (Swiss Paint Foundation) that classifies paints and coatings according to their environmental and user-friendliness. Products are rated on a scale of seven classes, from A to G, with Class A representing the highest standard and G the lowest.
